Kaitlin Kelly O’Neill is the Northeast Regional Director for the Coalition for Community Solar Access. She works on leading CCSA’s initiatives and helping to improve policy in the northeast for expanding community solar. Prior to joining CCSA, Kaitlin worked for the MA Department of Energy Resources, working primarily on solar incentive programs, specifically on the administration and policy implementation of the SMART program and SREC programs. Before working at DOER, she worked for the non-profit A Better City, and also for the Massachusetts State Senate, as Constituent Affairs Director.
When she’s not working on solar related policy, Kaitlin spends time with her daughter and her husband in their home in Boston, and is looking forward to exploring more of the world with her young daughter after a lot of time together at home in the last year and a half.
