The Installer-Contractor Continuing Ed Technical Workshops provide an in-depth look at 4 different renewable energy products. NABCEP Board Certified Professionals will advance their professional development and earn CEUs pre-approved to meet NABCEP recertification* requirements.
This workshop will cover Battery-Based System Sizing to Structural Solutions for Solar on Flat Roofs, Large Scale Commercial Design, and Rapid Shutdown and Financial Modeling. A total of 6 advanced-level CEUs are available.
*CEUs are also accepted for NABCEP PVIP Exam Applications as explained in the NABCEP Certification Handbook.
Avoiding Mistakes with Energy Storage

Remote Inspection Technology, Presented by Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS)
10:45am – 12:15pm
Exposure, scheduling delays, onsite access, all lead to increased timelines and associated soft costs. Using remote inspection software can reduce these soft costs and increase overall installation quality, project efficiency, and improve project management allowing for a more accurate and uniform oversight process. Join industry leader in PV inspection, Rudy Saporite from IBTS, in demonstrating the FIT-QM remote inspection software. In this ses¬sion you will learn about the features of the new FIT-QM software including; creating projects and custom forms, requesting inspection from AHJ or third-party overseer, inputting photos and project information, and completing reports and responding to corrective action requests. Interested parties will be encouraged to participate in free software pilot and have the opportunity to use the software after the course.
