Director of Demand Response

Brooke is the Director of PG&E’s Demand Response and Data Platforms team. In this role, she oversees the development of, operation of, and customer engagement with PG&E’s 500MW portfolio of demand response resources and also is responsible for PG&E’s customer-oriented data analytics and Big Data functions. In her prior role as Chief, Utility Strategic planning, Brooke established and delivered all aspects of PG&E’s enterprise-wide, near- and longer-term strategic planning and governance processes. She has been at PG&E for seven years and, during this time, also has worked on PG&E’s Corporate strategy, renewable energy, and regulatory affairs teams. Before arriving at PG&E, Brooke worked for the U.S. government, for PricewaterhouseCoopers, and for a small economic consulting firm later acquired by CRA International. She has MBA and Master of Public Policy (MPP) degrees from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree in economics from Duke University.
